Ingredients

1/2 c. whole milk
1 1/4-oz package active dry yeast
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. kosher salt
Oil, for pan
1/3 c. raspberry jam
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. frozen raspberries (do not thaw)
2 tbsp. heavy cream, for brushing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

3/4 c. low-sugar strawberry preserves
8 oz. strawberries, hulled and halved
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter Confectioners’ sugar for garnish
